JOB DESCRIPTION: Mechanical Engineer

What you’ll bring:
BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in CAD such as SolidWorks or similar
3+ years of experience in mechanical design
What you’ll do:
Design machined and sheet metal parts
Create large assembly CAD models
Develop machinery with complex motion
Build and test mechanical systems
Document and present designs
A few other things:
Role is 80-100% onsite, with up to 10% travel as needed
Candidates in the Greater Salt Lake City, Utah area are preferred
Physical work (using machine shop tools, turning wrenches etc…) is sometimes necessary to fabricate prototypes and build machines
What We Offer
The salary range for this role is $70k-$130k however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
