About the Role
The Strategic Partnerships Director- Distributors is a member of the Strategic Partners team reporting to the Director, Strategic Partnerships North America. This role will drive growth by developing and managing high-impact relationships with key packaging distributors. This role is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and fostering long-term collaborations that expand Packsize’s market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business development background, deep knowledge of the packaging industry, and the ability to strategically align partnerships with company goals.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000 USD; however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
