About the Role We are looking for the next awesome member of the Customer Operations Team. This role is a key part of an extraordinary team that delivers customer WOW each day! This role will specialize in the customer experience related to general customer service, order processing, and fulfillment and ensure our customers are taken care of from PO to delivery.
What You'll Do
Customer Service
- Place primary focus on delivering superior customer service as a member of the Customer Operations team.
- The best candidate will strive to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, own the role of providing customer wow, troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them completely, and obtain product knowledge (during training) to ensure the information provided to customers is accurate.
- Order Processing
- Process orders and follow through until confirmed delivery. Experience in the PO/SO fulfillment cycle is preferred.
Vendor Management
- Daily interaction with vendors and suppliers in a third-party or drop-ship scenario including order confirmations, handling delays, date changes, expedited requests, and quality issues.
Inventory Management
- The best candidate will understand inventory and warehouse management concepts, and be able to monitor inventory levels to ensure service level agreements are always achievable.
Logistics
- A working knowledge of transportation and logistics processes will be an advantage in this role. This position will require daily tracking of orders shipped to enterprise customers via parcel, LTL/FTL, and containers.
What you'll bring
- Experience in customer service, supply chain, procurement, logistics coordinator, or similar is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in packaging/manufacturing/transportation/supply chain is a plus.

- Exceptional Customer Service experience and skill set.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task.
- Must be willing to work in a team atmosphere
Preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ERP/CRM/TMS systems (SAP, Salesforce, BluJay), and BI Tools/Reporting.
- Bilingual - Spanish, French, German, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (lookups, array formulas, pivot tables, VBA, etc.)
- Ability to learn new software programs and processes with ease.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in an office environment.
- Travel outside of the home office is minimal but could be required periodically
- Must be able to comply with all Packsize confidentiality and non-compete policy
