About the Role

As a Warehouse Manager at Packsize, you will play a crucial role in managing our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of products through the warehouse, optimizing space utilization, managing a team of warehouse staff, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory management.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Ensure part orders are picked and shipped on time.
• Manage all material picking, handling, and movement (raw material, sub-assemblies, and final product) in support of Packsize assembly operations and finished product shipments.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in warehouse processes and systems.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
