About the Role
Internal support for the sales team, including drafting/ editing contracts, assisting with management of Salesforce data integrity, customer price management for corrugated materials, internal communication as needed, and managing the Sales Operations Coordinators. Creativity is essential to this position because of the number of unique requests received.
What You'll Do
Analysis and reporting:
- Run reports using Salesforce or Domo as needed
- Detailed Excel reporting, and analysis as requested
Contract creation:
- Create various types of agreements as requested (Supply Agreements, amendments, etc.)
- Ability to be creative with language in contracts as needed
- Research existing customer files to determine correct documentation needed per request
Pricing management - Corrugated:
- Work with finance when price changes occur and apply each contract terms to calculate the correct change amount and effective date for the price change letters
- Verify contracts being requested meet the minimum requirements, work with leadership for approvals as necessary
- For existing customers, research current state and how changes requested (usually by Account Development Manager) will affect pricing
- Create a cash flow and suggest new pricing for approval when new volume or machines are requested
Program navigation:
- Salesforce, Google Drive, Word, Excel, and DOMO
- Assist the Sales Team with using programs when needed
Salesforce Data Integrity:
- Manage data for closed opportunities to provide accurate quote for sales team
- Review data in other Salesforce areas that are important to sales reports and work with teams as needed to update
Management:
- Manage timecards of direct reports
- Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with team quarterly and advise on where they are excelling, need improvement
- Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date for ease of reference
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 3-year sales operations experience (or equivalent)
- Speak both English and German
- Paralegal experience preferred
- Associates degree or commensurate experience preferred
- Experience in packaging industry a plus
- Proficient at typing and navigating computers
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word & Excel a must
- Ability to learn new software programs and processes with ease
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to prioritize responsibilities
- Able to work from the office
- Must be able to comply with all Packsize confidentiality and non-compete policies
